16 gauge steel feels heavy - it doesn't flex at all. The chrome finish is bright and matches our chrome faucet. Filling the mop bucket is easy in the 12 inch deep basin. The cut-out template in the box made our fabricator's job simple. Our laundry room finally has a proper sink instead of using the kitchen. Would recommend.

You can feel 16 gauge - far heavier than the builder grade sink it replaced. Measured twice and the 27 inch width was just what our 30 inch cabinet needed. We waited for the sink to arrive before cutting the counter, like the listing says - good advice, the template was spot on. Less than the local stores wanted for a similar sink. Would recommend.
