Faucet is sold separately, which I knew going in - we picked our own. My only complaint: stainless shows water spots unless you dry it - normal, but worth knowing. It took every inch of our 30 inch cabinet - a tight squeeze, so measure first. Undermount needs a stone counter - we had to upgrade from laminate, so keep that in mind.
