We waited for the sink to arrive before cutting the counter, like the listing says - good advice, the template was spot on. My only complaint: it needed every inch of our 27 inch cabinet - a tight squeeze, so measure carefully. The chrome finish shows fingerprints more than a brushed finish would.

Check the cut-out template against your cabinet and countertop before cutting; a sink that has been installed cannot be returned.
