- If seasonal changes affect the inlet water temperature, instructions are provided to adjust the temperature limit stop accordingly.
- The faucet body is made of sturdy brass, while the 10-inch rain shower head is made of sus 304 stainless steel and the hand shower body is made of abs.
- The shower valve has a built-in diverter and allows for selection between the rain shower head and hand shower, or both simultaneously with one switch, and the ceramic disc diverter valve provides smooth and easy function-switching operations.
- The strengthened stainless steel spiral wound hose is tangle-free and can be extended from 1.5 to 1.9 meters.
- The connectors are standard 12 npt tapered threads, making them compatible with most existing shower systems, and the parts are separated by epe cushioning to prevent damage during transit.

Yes, within 30 days of delivery, as long as it is new, uninstalled and in the original packaging. For a change of mind a 35% restocking fee applies and the buyer pays the return shipping. Damaged, defective, wrong or missing items are replaced or refunded with no fee and free return shipping - inspect the box at delivery and send us photos within 24 hours. Check the cut-out template against your cabinet and countertop before cutting; a sink that has been installed cannot be returned.
